PT Maintenance Technician

Primary duties :
Review the maintenance log(s) assigned by the direct Supervisor and complete general repairs in chronological order of assignments or priority of repair needed.

Inform Supervisor when a task or duty is not performed according to chronological order and/or if the requested duty requires a skill level for which this position is not qualified. Perform all maintenance duties according to the policy and procedure of the Hazardous Communication Program and the Safety chapter of the Operations Manual.

Report any needed repair work that has not been previously documented to the Supervisor.  Upon completion of a task, ensure that the area if left in a clean and orderly manner.  If resident or staff belongings have been disturbed due to the duty, ensure that these belongings are properly handled and returned to their appropriate position.
Participate in annual hazardous communication and safety training and other training as assigned by the Supervisor. Adhere to the usage guidelines on the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and chemical labeling when utilizing chemicals.
Complete seasonal, monthly and annual projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Hours:  18 hours per week; three (3) six-hour days (TBD)

Wage Range:  $11.25 -$12.75 per hour

Minimum requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalant and demonstration of general maintenance knowledge and expertise.

High integrity and sound decision-making abilities required.  Valid AZ license, clean MVD report; pass drug screen and physical exams; state and federal background checks; state and federal fingerprint clearance.  Minimum 21 years of age.

Security Technican III

This Security Technician III is a supervisory position to assist the Program Director and/or Assistant Program Director of our residential facilities through leadership, guidance and supervision of the Security Technicians Is and IIs, ensure the proper accountability and security of the facility and clients and maintain responsibility of the facility in the absence of other supervisors.
The Security Technician III will participate in the hiring, orientation and training process of new security staff, monitor the clients, enforcement of security policies and procedures. 

The Security Technician III will ensure the implementation of safety and security policy and procedures for clients and staff, ensure licensing and contractual obligations, assist and conduct drug and alcohol testing, conduct searches, monitor client movement and activities.

(2)Positons- Adult and Juvenile

Days & Hours:      1400-2300 Sunday thru Thursday; Frii &Sat Off (Juvenile)
                           1700-0200 Fri & Sat; Tues, Wed, Thurs 1400-2300; Sun & Mon off. (Adult)
                          

REQUIREMENTS:

BA degree + 1 year supervisory exp or;
AA degree + 2 yrs exp with 1 yr  supervisory exp or;
5 years of combined supervisory and social service/corrections exp

checks; state and federal fingerprint clearance.  Minimum age is 21 years of age.

Security Technician I and II

Duties include monitoring facility and community accountability by controlling client movement, facility and client monitoring for contraband, protecting from property damage, and rule enforcement, while ensuring the security of the residents, staff and facility. Excellent introductory step to a future in corrections and/or law enforcement.

Starting wage $11.25 and up based on experience and education. $.50 night differential for the hours of 11pm to 7am.
